For 200 years, SUNY Fredonia and the surrounding community have grown together. This Bicentennial is an opportunity for residents, businesses and community organizations to celebrate that shared history and help carry it forward.
Paint the Town Blue and White
Thank you to everyone who helped Paint the Town Blue and White by displaying a SUNY Fredonia Bicentennial yard sign. The signs scattered throughout the village have become a visible reminder of the close connection between the campus and community.
As winter approaches, please bring your sign indoors and store it in a safe place. We invite you to place it back in your yard in spring 2027 as campus prepares to welcome graduates and their families for Commencement in May.
Together, we can once again fill the community with blue and white and give visitors a warm Fredonia welcome during one of the most important moments of the academic year.

- Attend Bicentennial events, performances, exhibitions and other programs on campus.
